All services and training sessions will be conducted outside with masks or virtually. This may include sessions at a local park or virtual meetings, when possible.
If you do not have a mask you feel you can exercise in, I have disposable masks that I will provide. This is a requirement for training with me in person.
Apologies for any inconvenience, but I take personal and public health very seriously. I will not risk the health of myself, any other clients, or their families. If you do not comply with this, I will terminate future services. Thank you for your cooperation.
Pair or Couples training takes into account mobility limitations and is more personalized than a group training session.
Pair Training Sessions will consist of a variety of training methods, including but not limited to:
Light cardio, Stretch + warm up, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Stretch + cool down, meditation.

Lifestyle Plans are 100% personalized and customized to the client. I take dietary restrictions, allergies, food lifestyles (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) into consideration.
We will discuss your goals around food and nutrition, and hopefully begin to build a more aware relationship between your body and food, but also you and your body. I hope to help make meaningful and integrative suggestions to help you reach your goals in a way that truly helps your relationship with food and your body.
